Could not sleep due to extremely loud pipes in walls. Sounded like a motorcycle almost every 5-7 minutes started at 12. Maybe it’s the room they put the guests in that are upset that the hotel was listed as being close to our destination but turns out being almost twice as far as the Expedia app suggested. The noise was so bad it was almost comical. It took us a while to figure out it wasn’t the upstairs tenants

Our favorite Folsom stay
This was our 2nd visit to Larkspur Landing. We enjoy having a nice room and kitchenette which allows us to make our own coffee without leaving the room. It was a little noisier than our first visit but it was a Saturday night as opposed to a weeknight but we will make a point of asking for a top floor room next time and one with windows away from the parking area. While very clean, we could tell that things were getting a little worn and tired but the bed was still very good and and the arm chair still inviting. It is our go-to place when visiting the Folsom area.

Wonderful place to stay for a few days. Clean and comfortable and cookies in the afternoon. The kitchen was great for eating in some meals. The staff was efficient and very helpful.

The lady that checked me in was super helpful and made the stay extra pleasant. I wish I knew her name to give her credit. Yummy cookies when you come in and the room was above expectation. I would definitely come back.

We had a nice stay here while in town for a family event. The property is clean, the front desk clerk was friendly. I liked the coffee station in the lobby and the ice cold orange water urn.

Nice place to stay
We always have a good time here. Really close to Lake Natoma and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms have a kitchenette also.
