We stayed 2 nights before cruise. It was a delightful stay! I love our patio room, little beach in front of it and amazing views. Fuego was very tasty, the best sea bass I ever tasted. Awesome property and awesome people

Beautiful views or city and bay. Nice amnesties. Hot tub, pool, fire pits. Parking expensive and difficult. Long walk to rooms. No breakfast included. But overall very nice.

It was an average hotel. Pictures make it seem nicer, the toilet and ceiling in our room would leak. Not a crazy amount, but enough that it was noticeable. The price for parking is insane, $38 a night.

The staff is what really puts this property over the top. There was a union protest going on at the time I checked in and the staff as so friendly and helpful with choosing a room that was quiet for us. The room is well appointed and the view amazing! Our stay at The Maya turned our long weekend into a true vacation.
