This place is perfectly located close to the Bear Lake side of the park with gorgeous views. Close by to the local downtown Estes Park for convenient shopping or dining. The particular property was River Suite #1 and it had a cute bear themed decor, fireplace and very nice living room. Overall the best so far on our road trip! Wish we couldve stayed longer here!

New Years Anniversary Trip.
Had a rocky start due to noise from occupants above but once moved to another unit it was a wonderful weekend. Our unit was immaculate and showed pride of ownership which was great.
