The property was clean and in a good location. The room was adequate but not superb. Clean and tidy but set up in a non-efficient way with no drawers for clothing etc. Also, we found it very odd that the safe was not securely anchored. Could very easily be walked right out of the room. When we mentioned this to the front desk we were told 'every room safe is like that'. Another thing that is not clear in the descriptives of the hotel is that there are two buildings to this property. Of course we were in the building without the restaurant and bar etc. A bit inconvenient. There is a skyway that joins the two buildings, or you can cross the street every time you want to grab a bite or get some coffee etc. Valet folks were great. Juan in the restaurant - great. The hotel is quite and again, it is very clean with change of towels and room clean up daily, which is also a nice plus.

I booked a room for my wedding night. I check in. They said they over booked, and need to put me in a 'much smaller room' on my wedding night. Thanks. That's not the room I booked. They offered me the same room at a hotel a few streets down. No thanks, we are already exhausted and just want to rest in our room. They offered us a $100 credit to our room, but we left too early in the morning to use it. So I paid full price for a room that wasn't what I booked. On my wedding night.
I like the location. The bathroom door needs something because it wouldn't close properly and came off its hinges one time.

Very comfortable, clean and attractive hotel. Excellent customer service from all the staff. Location is near shopping and dinning, but all large chain stores and restaurants. We had to venture a little farther to find local neighborhood favorites.

The pool looks nothing like the picture. Different everything and it’s small. Also in a separate building so if your in the 1st building it’s far and difficult to get to. The staff tried to say they didn’t have a room for us when made it to check in and said that 4 was when it “started” but it could be anytime after 4 up to 8 as a line of about 20 other people were waiting for rooms. Understaffed greatly.
I grt to the best room the executive. And it was the worst service and clinig. The room is terrible whit the bathroom inside the rooms open Insane The food? Ugly And they charge more things in the bill BELIEVE ME DONT GO! IS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!
