The only complaint I have was how small the room was. There were things I noticed not very clean but I don’t want to take away from the good things. Great customer service. Rooftop was cool.

So cute. From the complimentary beverage when we walked in to the adorable room. It was perfect. Shower was 👌. Really. The whole place was to die for.
I enjoyed the stay but even when we arrived after 4pm (the normal check in time) our room was not ready. The lady at the front desk was able to move us to a different room but the people in line behind us had the same issue and were not as fortunate because we got the open room. There are so many extra charges and ZERO parking unless you pay a ton for valet. The self check-in and checkout kiosks did not work for us for both so we had to ask the staff for help which defeated the purpose of having self check in/check out. The bathroom door does not close all the way which limits privacy when you have multiple guests in one room. They were out of a lot of food items down stairs so they kept pushing the restaurant they have upstairs on the guest. This hotel does not work well with booking through an outside party unless you want to pay extra fees. I was impressed with the room but not at all with how much extra it costs us to stay for one night. There are no breakfast options unless you pay for basically a meal from a restaurant but when we looked at the breakfast downstairs it was three items so I don't believe it was worth the extra charges when we could have gone to a restaurant for better food and pricing. We ended up paying almost 200 dollars more in fees and parking. Making the price assessment from Orbitz unreliable. Unless you want to pay double I don't suggest staying here.

We will be sharing your comments regarding the bathroom door, check in experience, and lack of marketplace food items with the appropriate team leaders so that other guests do not experience this in the future. We also do our best to notify guests of the Destination Amenity Fee and additional optional fees, such as parking, ahead of time by providing the information to our 3rd party partners but, as you mentioned, are not included in the price as you are booking through those websites. We hope you are able to give us another opportunity in the future in your travels to Denver.
