Super convenient for exploring downtown Denver. Walked to Coors Field for a Rockies game and later to Ball Arena for a hockey game. Whole foods right nearby for any food needs. Close to train station too for connections vi Amtrak or to the airport. Low score on cleanliness because unfortunately the laundry machine still had dirty laundry in it. Pretty skanky stuff. They quickly came and removed it and gave us a night of free parking. We still had to run the washer once to clean it out. Other than that everything else was clean.
Very nice apartment with plenty of space and a great kitchen if you want to make your own meals. Whole Foods is a block away and another grocery is about 3 blocks. Easy to get to Union Station and from there you can get anywhere in the city. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, SUPER clean, and while it's not staffed like a regular hotel, it is staffed like a regular apartment building, which is exactly what you're getting. A super nice apartment building. Super cool experience.
Beware this is NOT a hotel. The concierge was not very helpful and only gave us a phone number to call if we needed anything. There’s no on site parking for guests. The closest parking garage is 2 blocks away and the walk is not the safest.
Pros - beautiful, well appointed rooms, amazing gym, nice location, management responsiveness Cons - previous tenant and housekeeping left a tray of meat in our oven that burned when we turned on the oven; the pool was out of commission for our entire stay to our kid's disappointment; there was water damage in our unit that required people to come in and out of the unit during our stay to remediate. Overall - great concept, beautiful building, but execution fell short in our experience. Too bad, lots of potential.
The property is very new and clean, but there are a few missing elements. There is no place in the showers to put your products other than the floor. There is a dishwasher, but not enough detergent pods to get through all the days of your stay and not clearly marked. Minthouse is marketed as a convenient and effortless place to stay, but it would be more comfortable if there was some more thought put into the details. Do not follow the directions in the room to take your trash to the 3rd floor (or incur a fee of $125) as there is no 3rd floor at The Grand. It would also have been useful to know that Minthouse is the 8th floor of The Grand apartments and not marked in any way on the outside of the building.
