Front desk check in was awesome and all the staff members we interacted with couldn't have been nicer.
We were unaware of daily parking fees $32/day. As our reservations were non-refundable we had no choice but to pay the fees. Orbitz also advertised room service. There was none. Room was so hot. And windows don't open. We finally found the thermostat behind the TV on our last day. Service was very nice and helpful, however, we will not be back.
Staff was helpful manager not so much, got to our room and ac/heat was broke so they had a portable ac unit on the floor in the room. It would not keep room cool enough and was 80 degree in the room, asking for another room, manager wanted us to say in that room for a day then get different one the next day. Ended up working out but they knew the rooms ac was broken and still rented room out doesn’t make to much sense.
I didn’t get his name, but the gentleman that checked us in was so wonderful. Very helpful with parking options. Plus our room is perfect. Thank you!!

Clean Staff was pleasant and accommodating
there is not a lot of paring on the property and every time I would come back and try to park there was never a space. I was repeatedly told to park in the handicap spot while the staff took an actual spot. The continental breakfast was amazing. There are way too many homeless people in the city and something needs to be done about it.
Best value. Great location, a couple blocks from State Capitol, street mall and Colorado art museum. Rooms were sparkling clean and the breakfast was amazing, they even change the menu a little every morning.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Great choices for breakfast.

A very short walk to the 16th street mall and other modes of transportation, restaurants, the Cultural corridor with museums. Pleasantly surprised with the area.

Very clean. Staff was friendly. Rooms had everything you could need and were comfortable and conveniently located.
The fire alarm went off at 1am and wasn’t out out for about 10 minutes. I had a horrible night of sleep as a result. Was not restful.
