Property and rooms were dated. Manager's reception limited to 2 drinks and our room didn't have hot water. Stayed for 2 days, complained, and didn't get fixed.
Staff was lovely and we loved the inclusive breakfast and the evening reception.
The property is a bit tired and could use some updates.

They did a great job in the common areas but the room was horrible. The t.v. didnt work, the bathroom was so moldy I could not stop sneezing, and the mattress was so worn down I slept on an uneven surface. Front desk staff could care less.
Front desk staff was snarky, didnt greet us or acknowledge us upon departure and made us to feel dumb for asking a question regarding towels for the pool. Property was clean but outdated. Bar staff very friendly, breakfast was delicious.
Our rooms and the amenities were very nice. My favorite part was the Mountain View.
We absolutely love this hotel and the staff! So accommodating always and we love the complimentary drinks for happy hour! My kids love the arcade and the whole ambiance of the hotel. The front desk clerk Becca I believe her name is…is fantastic every time we go!
Everything was as expected except property was a little worn with water damage left unrepaired
While staying at this hotel, we had 2 water leaks close to the bed, that dripped throughout the night. The hotels response was to give us a bucket in addition to our trash can to catch the water. We asked to speak to a manager, but manager was never available so we had to communicate through the hotel check in personnel. Also,there were 4 elevators in the hotel but 2 were out of service. So it was faster to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs than to wait for an elevator. The room itself was warm and could never cool off which made for uncomfortable sleeping. Just an overall, BAD experience for a hotel room I had to pay over $300.00 for a night. Expected to get a much better hotel for the price. Never again.

I booked a room for my parents to stay the weekend - I definitely wouldn’t book them here again. I helped them check in and the room was filthy. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The cabinets were disgusting, a bundle of hair in the shower, there was still confetti on the floor (so obviously wasn’t vacuumed. The bed was made, but only one clean towel. It looked like they rushed to make it look ready when in fact it hadn’t been cleaned. Also, As we were coming down the hall to enter our room a women left the room (supposedly housekeeping) but she didn’t have a cleaning cart or any supplies. The room smelled of smoke so we assumed she used it as a smoke break. We were very disappointed, I spoke to a gentleman at the front desk about the woman leaving the room and he just assumed it was housekeeping checking the room. There was no “seal” on the door which apparently they now do because of covid. My parents were only there for one night so they made it work. I felt terrible that I booked them there.
