I really love this hotel and the views of the city. I love that Starbucks is downstairs for my morning coffee. My only complaint is that getting in from the parking garage to the hotel lobby with luggage is very difficult because you have to go up stairs and there is no automatic door to help. Trying to fight with the doors, the stairs and the luggage is often very difficult.

Great location. Super easy to self-park or valet at the hotel. Check-in was easy and on time, even with an event going on next door at the Amica Pavillion. Room was clean. Super comfortable bed made it tough to get up.
