From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. Comfort was a top priority for us, and we found it in abundance at America's Cup Inn. The room was cozy and well-appointed, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring Newport's vibrant streets. The location couldn't have been better – centrally situated, we were within walking distance of all the shopping, bars, and restaurants we wanted to visit. It made our excursions effortless and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the charm of the city. Parking was a breeze, thanks to the nearby and convenient options provided by the inn. It's always a relief to have stress-free parking, especially in a bustling area like Newport. One highlight of our stay was the delightful continental breakfast offered by the inn. With a wide variety of options, including gluten-free choices, there was something to satisfy every palate. If you like sour milk, ok
Room at ants. Free breakfast looked delicious but the milk and cream were sour. Reported it on first day, second day it was the same thing. Advised the staff but they did nothing. They spoke Russian to each other and chuckled. Location was great. Very Bridgerton vibe, hard wood floors that were crooked. Beautiful property. Nobody available at check in. Instructions left we’re very confusing. Said go downstairs to room, there was only possibility of upstairs. I would not return.

The location is great, you can easily walk anywhere in town. The front desk clerk worked minimal hours due to it being off season. The ice machine is only accessible by employees so we had no access.

Lovely historical building in downtown Newport, fantastic location surrounded by shops and restaurants. Daily breakfast and afternoon tea with tasty snacks. Very nice room with period furnishings, quality linens and very clean. First time staying here. Will definitely return.

Amazing stay! Beautiful & cozy room with everything we needed-felt like we could live there! The breakfast was phenomenal, I don't think any food item option was left out. We're excited to come back to the cutest town & stay here again!
