Close to the convention center, over night parking for $15, restaurants nearby. However, the bathroom was so run down and gross none of us took showers.

I am about supporting non-chain hotels, however I was dissapointed about this hotel for various reasons: lack of ammenities, no soap nor shampoo in showers. Old equipment in rooms, I was charged for parking (the night before I stayed at a hotel chain and was not charged for parking). No breakfast offered (hotel chain stayed at the night before did offer breakfast). Also the building appears to shake or vibtlrate with the passing of the train. I would recommend this hotels with reservations, but I think you might be able to get better value for your money at the hotel chains around this area.

The place was good for a night did its purpose. The rooms were old and run down but cleaned as well as they could be. The outside smelled od Marry Jane. The cops only showed up 1 time so that was good. Great view of convention center and easy walk to moda center. All and all was ok probably would never stay again unless had to.

The Inn is older and located in the Portland Loyd area down town, and with age comes some wear as we all experience. But aside from that the staff were very personable, helpful and courteous. The bed was comfy, tv picture and reception good, and water pressure good in the shower. The view from Rm 405 is a nice city view with sunrise in the distant east and nearby hills with the Convention Center Towers to the right.
