Great location surrounded with restaurants, bars and shopping. The rooms are large and have large balconies. The pool in nice. The rooms are long over due for a renovation. They are dated and there is wear and damage on the furniture and finishes. I asked about plans for a reno at check out and they say they have just started one and it should be done in two months. I question how much how extensive a reno it might be with only two months.

Absolutely terrible! Paid $350 for a Sunday night and I felt like we were at a Motel 6! No towels by pool asked 4 times only to be told they were washing them. There were only 10 people by the pool. Had to go get bath towels from our room. There were only 2 bath towels provided in the room so I requested more to be sent to the room. They never arrived so we had to dry off with hand towels. When I expressed my concerns with the front desk they could care less so I asked for a manager. I was told no manager was on duty (right, no manager on the entire property)! Don’t waste your money here!

Downtown on Palm Canyon Road, the main street of Palm Springs, the hotel has a choice loaction. CHeck in was not good; recieved a message that we could check in a little early, but the room was not ready. After almost q 3 hour wait (after the regular check in), and watching several people check in and get their room right away, we asked again and they had to go and check of our room was ready, and finally we got in. Of course they gave us a room with 2 beds instead of the king that we booked and even confirmed when we chcked in. The reeom was fine and spacious, the cleaning staff especially friendly and efficient. The hotel has vast rooms at the lobby, but very little comfortable seating and is a bit cold. Overall a good hotel, but usually Hyatts are better than good.

Start with the smell of lobby and room was horrible like sewer! The room was very outdated, couch was dirty and holes in the sheets! The front desk recommended the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to! Terrible food that made me sick with men dressed like women. It was not a good experience overall and definitely overpriced!!
