Easy parking and self check in. Nice to have a full size kitchen. Our room was quite cold when we checked in as the windows had been left open. We didn't check in till after 11 pm and it was in the - 20's C outside. The ventilation fan never went off when set on auto so it was quite noisy at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient and walkable to the Parliament buildings and the ByWard market. We appreciated having a full kitchen in our room too. The only downside was noise. The door didn’t block out noise from the hallway well. Luckily our neighbours were quiet. The room also came with earplugs, probably for this reason. We will probably stay here again next time we’re in Ottawa though.

Building entry, lobby were very nice. Safe, clean, easy access. The room was large, bed was big and comfortable. Living area was very nice. The kitchen was very small, but had more than I needed. Coffee selection was also great.
