Greeting staff was rude and showed no interest in customer service. Furniture is old and worn out in the room as well as the dining area, which is very poor and disorganized and again, staff is not impressive. Aged bathroom with broken tiles and loose faucets, and some spiders on top. The beds were ok, although not super comfortable. The area around the hotel is ok, nice parking lot and The Keg restaurant and Tim Hortons are right next door. Additionally, the pool was not working, and this was not advised to me. My kids were extremely disappointed. Overall, this place is not at all worth the money they ask for.

Pool was temporarily closed for maintenance and that was the main reason we booked, it would have been nice to know ahead of time as we would have packed accordingly, room was very warm even with cool on and fan, room was clean, spotless and very comfortable
