I have since 2020 coming here, I feel at home here. I feel so much at home I have been coming to Orlando 3 times per year to stay in this hotel. That should tell you how much my kids and I love this place.

Nice pool area with some great bartenders at the bar/cafe. Breakfast was also good including the Mickey Mouse cook to order waffles, sausages, eggs etc... Only bad thing was our room wasn't ready when they said it would be and we had requested maid service and never got it.

Tha hallway updates look great! Having breakfast in this hotel is nice. Prefer not going to Springhill. Staff was very friendly. Appreciate a refrigerator and dishes in room. Love having large closet

This property has changed so much since my last visit. Room was clean but needs attention. Shower didn’t work very well, thermostat in room wouldn’t turn off, music from the pool area was loud in my room. Very expensive to eat at their restaurant. Breakfast isn’t convenient when you’re there working. Price was right, but way better options across the street. Sorry Marriott.

My girl friend and I felt very safe there, it was close to the Dinsey Parks without being overly priced. The house keeping kept pur room SUPER clean. Everything was updated like good carpet, bathrooms, etc

Comfortable and convenient
Overall our stay was excellent. Rooms are a little outdated and could use a refresh. Staff was excellent, and location to parks and ESPN was convenient. Rooms are big, however shower head was too short, this could be because we were placed in an accessible room though. Overall our stay was comfortable.
