I got to the hotel early at 11am and they didn’t have any king bed room available until 12pm. I was planning on going to universal for the day and they happily made accommodations to take my bags for the day until I got back. When I got back they didn’t have any room available but saved me a suite free of charge since I had shown up earlier. They staff was very nice and happy to make sure i had a room. Would stay here again!

My wife loved the area outside and around the property. We walked to a nearby restaurant and had a late snack with a night cap at the end of one of our nights. The suite had a bedroom that was secluded with a door off the main area. The suite also had a kitchenette complete with a couple burners and a small fridge. The only thing that could have made it better would have been, if they would have fixed the TV in the front room like they said they would but they didn’t.

Was a short stay, only one night, the water heater doesn’t work, it was a leak in the kitchen that sounds all night. The hotel is new in good conditions, beautiful and modern concept.
