I stay here about once a week for years and the last two visits have been awful. Broken bed on the last time and the tv didn’t work. This time rentals on both sides were so loud and front desk staff would not move me. I have been staying here since it opened. It’s gone downhill.

When we checked in at the hotel, we were not giving the information about breakfast, as it is not easy to find on the website, or on Expedia, you need to go through a bunch of screens to find a simple information: what time is the breakfast served?! We went downstairs to have our “breakfast included “ at 9:50, and the lady at front desk advised us was already closed. Building is under renovation and it’s dusty, paper thin walls. I’m usually not someone that complains, but I was very disappointed and I would not recommend a stay there.
