We had an issue but it was quickly resolved by very helpful staff. The hotel is over all very cool and modern. There was noise from the hallway esp in the morning which was a bit disruptive when we were trying to sleep it. Our room was next to a utility closet and the opening and closing of that door by house keeping was really annoying. It was ok for what we paid for a 1 night stay.
Neat hotel. Great location and fabulous staff. Our room was small but it worked for short stay. The room decor is interesting: a see through closet and the TV is hidden inside a large mirror. We did not enjoy the pillows, very squishy and no support. The AC bately worked so we opened the window...which was a two person job. All in all a great stay, and we would stay there again.

Loved the location. Everyone was great. Nice small breakfast included. Very clean. Had to pay for internet. Really, in 2023!!!!! Awful. Should have been told as I could have used my hotspot for free. Very disappointed to get that charge without a warning.
The room was a little smaller than we are normally used to with very little storage areas for clothing and bathroom toiletries. The bed and pillows however were wonderful!!! Overall, a great place to stay!
Close to the shops. room was not nice appearance- It felt more like a fast service hotel.

We stayed here just before Thanksgiving for a girls trip (my daughter and I). The room was comfortable with updated furnishings. Location was great - right near the theaters and Time Square. And the service was very good.
Great hotel super chic and modern. The staff was very friendly and kind. The restaraunt was always has a crowd which means it’s really good! The service and food did. It disappoint either. I’d stay here again for sure!
Time Hotel is a great stay to be around Times Square area if you plan on doing a lot of activities within. Location is superb, cannot be any closer to the Square! Rooms are cool but super tiny. Great if you do not plan on spending any time at the Hotel. My 2 favorite things of the Hotel were the button for do not disturb/make up room and the tiny blue light that turns on at night when you go to the bathroom, hence no need to turn on full light. Also cool that the TV is also the mirror but screen is small. Staff is blah, neither great nor bad. Continental breakfast is great and the fact that Serafina is downstairs. Overall wpuld return for short trips to the City.
