I arrived to a room of no towels or shampoo but the bed was comfortable. Good price for the area.
Stayed here for location and price. Room was small, but decent. Bed was tiny and heat was on a constant 78 degrees. Fortunately, it was cool outside and kept the window open to regulate room temperature.

We have been staying at the Paramount since it opened 30 years ago and it is still the best value and the most conveniently located hotel if you are seeing Broadway Shows. Five Stars!

My experience at the Paramount Times Square did not live up to my expectations at the time of booking. The images on the website did not accurately reflect the reality of the place. The lack of amenities was evident, practically limited to hot water, wifi and ice machine. The rooms turned out to be surprisingly small, and the layout of the space did not allow us to open the suitcases comfortably on the floor, forcing us to use the bed for this purpose. This aspect was uncomfortable and impractical. Additionally, if the room is located in a non-quiet area, as was my case, noise coming from the street becomes a significant problem. Listening to every outside sound negatively affected the quality of rest. In summary, my stay at the Paramount Times Square did not match the promotional images, and the lack of amenities, small room sizes, and interference from outside noise were disappointing aspects. I hope this review is useful to future visitors.

This hotel charges an 80 dollar a night amenity fee and did not even provide coffee or have a cafe to buy coffee/breakfast. There are NO amenities. Also, the hallway on the third floor smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time we were there and it was mentioned to the front desk clerk.
This property was extremely close to our destination, The Richard Rodgers Theatre However, the room was very dirty. Stains in the carpet, understandable, it's an older building. There was trash under the beds, and a discarded pistachio shell on the floor as we entered the room. However, all the staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. Maintenance fellow showed up within 10 minutes to get the AC going!
