Need more table for dining area
The room are very clean, the surrounding area is not great. Very close to the subway, very convenient.
The room I had is very small. There was no furniture except for a cabinet to hang clothes, a very small desk and two very small nightstands. Very clean and reasonably priced. Street parking or the adjacent parking lot for $30 per day.
Will not stay there again.
Nice and cozy place for a short stay.
Overall property was clean and staff was very respectful. Its easy for someone who has things to do at city. Only about 20 min from Manhattan and 20 min from Coney Island Beach. Room, bathroom, hallway, elevator and hotel itself was clean and working stuff was very friendly. Double bed room was really small. To be honest, it was smallest that I have ever stayed so far. It would be nice to have microwave and small cooler in the room which was disappointing. Also, before you book, if you see "parking available", doesn't mean hotel has its own parking lot. It was my mistake not to check it clearly. This hotel is right inside of the busy town and street is crowd. Its hard to find parking lot. They offered me to use parking lot at the next building which they have $30 parking. Still, I was able to find street parking after late hours.
The hotel was nice and the staff was very nice. There were guest that was smoking in one of the rooms which transferred to our room which made it smell like cigarettes. It was not pleasant but the staff was really nice in trying to spray the vents.

The Staff was very pleasant. Checking in was a breeze. The room was cozy and clean. It has its own keurig and mini welcome bags. There wasn’t an iron and upon request, the staff notified us there wasn’t one on premises. It is in an area where there are many shops which makes parking limited. The hotel does offer a descent parking package for guest. The parking attendant wasn’t so pleasant though. He treated our vehicle like his own personal toy. He drives extremely rough to say the least.
