Great location

I set up for a car at the front desk and when I went down at 5:00am to get car to airport the front desk man forgot to set it up. We had to make other arrangements and almost missed our flight.

Have stayed in many hotels near Times Square and Theater district. This time, I decided to give this place a try though it's a bit further out and was very pleased with my stay. I liked the room layout, which makes it feel much more spacious. Compared to others, this layout was much more efficient, and though the room was not big, it all just seemed to flow much better and I didn't feel like I needed to hop over my suitcase to get to the door. The place looks updated and the rooms are modern and well kept. I especially liked that the room was not carpeted. Sometimes, carpets can feel kind of icky if not well maintained. There's only 2 small elevators, but there was never a long wait for them. We got the room with a terrace. The terrace has a little table and two chairs, but there's no view at all, so keep that in mind if you are being tempted by the mention of a terrace. It is still nice to be able to walk out and feel the air, but FYI, it is pretty much just an enclosed terrace with high walls. So nothing to see here... Because it is a bit further away from the hustle bustle and razzle dazzle, it was very quiet and this was perfect. It is still very close and just a short and easy walk to Times Square. Don't let this be your deciding factor. Staff was courteous and available, though at no time did we need their help. All in all, I was very pleased and would book a room here again without hesitation.

The location is great; room is cozy and clean. Front desk is very friendly. Breakfast buffet staff is not very professional.

Staff was professional , hotel was clean . A bit noisy late at night … hotel forgot to tell orbits they were under construction & had no more available king beds. Had to settle for two full size beds.

One elevator was not working which caused waiting time of 30-45 minutes just to get from 21ts floor to the lobby! Lost precious time waiting every single time trying to go from the lobby to upper floors and vice versa.

Overall, it’s in a great location. However, the walls are so thin. Also, when I asked about transportation from the hotel to the airport I was told a specific amount, but when we arrived at the Newark airport he added additional fees. We didn’t pay that much with an Uber from the airport to the hotel. I recommend asking before you book if there are any hidden fees.

Small rooms with loud air conditioning. No breakfast and charged for water. But, very convenient location. Clean and comfortable bed.

Unprofessional staff that made excuses. Reported how dirty room was when I checked in and requested it to be rectified. I returned to the same untidy room that evening. Did not even do basic room service Immediately checked out and rebooked a new hotel 11pm that night for my family. Stayed 1 night out of an 8 night booking. There pictures when booking where bogus. HORRIBLE!

Very nice hotel . Great position. Good rate for sleep and breakfast included . Clean . Rooms good . Breakfast really good for New York
