Nicely situated between Hell's Kitchen and the East side. If you're a tourist, it's close to everything midtown. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this property.
The staff was super friendly. Always trying to help the customers. Just the shower in my room could be better. But the hotel is perfect for staying in NYC walking distance to lots of attractions.
I just had two single-night stays here. I've stayed at a bunch of moderately priced chain hotels in the area, and this one was the best—immaculate, with a big king bed, quiet, and with notably friendly, efficient and warm service.
Very small rooms, but conveniently located. Lobby and elevators are dirty. Staff did not keep coffee readily available. It was constantly running out. Staff was friendly. Also they kept luggage on checkout day which was nice. (No charge) Not a place I’d stay again but reasonably priced…

Great Location - one block from - Macys.
My first night there I was laying in my bed like 4 hours after I checked in and another guest walked into my room with his key. Such a scary experience and when I went to talk to the front desk about it, they would hush me about the situation so other around me in the lobby wouldn’t hear.
The property was good. The room and the entrance was clean and the staff was friendly. I had a great day there with fun, and the stay relaxing.
Clean property however there was loud guests constantly going in and out of rooms all night. Walls were thin so you could hear conversations through the walls. It’s been over a week and still waiting for my deposit to go back on my card.

Out of the way but close to the subway and Duane Reade is right around the corner. It's in a good location and the room, though small, was very nice.
