Great location. Room was large and clean. Beds were not comfortable. For $300 per night, it was disappointing there was no conditioner provided, just shampoo.

Property is old with no recent updates. TV didn’t work, maybe because it’s over 10 years old if not more. Room is cold, heater wouldn’t kick on. Mattress is not comfortable, hard! Room 35, don’t recommend this hotel unfortunately!

Great stay!
Weather was amazing. We had a lovely view of the ocean from our balcony. Check in was quick, the employees were very friendly and the complex was quiet. We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve already booked another trip.

Quaint and convenient
Lovely older Inn in downtown Carmel, within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Underground parking and elevator are a plus. Would have liked to have shower gel vs. just bar soap but not a deal breaker. Water pressure is shower was medium. We would stay here again.
