Staff was friendly and professional. Mattress and pillows were hard and lumpy. The rooms were clean but outdated. We got an email about strict check-in times an hour and 20 minutes after we had already checked in. An email was sent to pre-check-in the day before but it wouldn't allow us to check-in early so it was useless. Side note: the Starbucks across the street does not have any electrical outlets for those looking to kill time before checking in.
