Park Plaza Waterloo
Great hotel at a good tube stop. The neighborhood is fun and we were able to walk to many touristy attractions. The rooms were lovely, albeit a bit small. But it is fine for a family of 4. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick trip to London. The hotel was great, very convenient and easy to get many places walking or by tube. We were upgraded upon check in which was very nice. The refrigerator was quite small and not super cold which made storing pumped milk a little tough. Loved the automatic blinds that made the room even better. Would definitely stay again.

First off, the service at the restaurant is terrible. It’s inexperience with hosting correctly mixed with a beautiful ambiance and slow wait times. Secondly, they offer you coupons of $10 each to use apparently just for dinner and room service, for each day that you choose not to have your room cleaned. They do not write down those days for you and you will feel too weird about having to having the receptionist repeat the days more than twice. “Monday Tuesday no cleaning, Wednesday cleaning, Friday Saturday cleaning” for me to get a number of coupons that I wasn’t able to back check if I was getting a fair deal. My suggestion is to have someone always ready to come up to families, no matter how they look, and prepare to serve them and offer them tours, options, tips, and insights. For the price of this hotel, that is what I suggest. Last note, we asked the room cleaner if she could come in “tomorrow” instead of the 4PM time she came. She said yes and put her hands up in their air to say “Tomorrow? Ok. Fine. I don’t clean today.” We did not get any cleaning the next day.

Lighting system in room is over engineered, shower and toilet door system is stupid design, breakfast area and system needs to be better managed. Hotel in general is good, quiet and clean. Would stay again

The Waterloo was conveniently located next to the Bakerloo tube line and a short walk to Waterloo station. Our room had a lovely view of the London Eye and Parliament. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent and fairly priced. Small grocery stores were within walking distance and our room had a small fridge. Pool was refreshing but a little cold for our taste. Only disappointment was on our floor there was an outdoor terrace that was not being used and could not be accessed. It had a beautiful view of the city and we would loved to been able to sit out there. Their reasoning is due to Covid they never reopened it. I hope they reconsider. Overall an excellent hotel and experience and will visit and stay again there.

The hotel is charming, well kept and very clean. The hotel provided the necessary toiletries, shower gel, hand soap, lotions, tissues, towels. The room has an iron board and iron. I love the chairs in the reception area and the floral arrangements on the wall leading to the elevator gives the place a warm and elegant touch. The rest room next to this is kept immaculately. Friendly staff. Walking distance to London Eye. Directly across from here is a pub/ restaurant. Room service for breakfast was prompt, very tasty and I was served a substantial amount. I was also given a gift voucher the first night - 10 euros.

The hotel is a nice property, updated and clean. A number of Staff, however, are arrogant and unfriendly. We felt discriminated especially in their Cafe, service is very poor.
