I have stayed in this hotel three times within a year. For sure it is worth of 5-star. In particular, it is the nearest hotel to my family member's home, my destination. It is about 800 yards away. So, I don't have problems of looking fpr a dining place.

The hotel is not close to metro station, but have a bus stop downstairs, and they have shuttle bus between Hong Kong station and the hotel. Overall, it’s convenient. As to the staffs, they are all really nice and friendly!

Fantastic and convenient
Fantastic. It is a modest establishment, but the location and convenience is great. The free shuttle was a highlight and worth the value staying at this hotel. From the airport I took the AirPort Express for $115 HKD to Central and once there I found the shuttle pick up for Bishop Lei House. The shuttle arrived right on time and took me straight to the hotel after a few other stops. I used the shuttle to return to the airport via the express as well and was there in 45 minutes. Also, convenient to Victoria Harbor via the shuttle. The hotel is near the escalators. *Note* There’s only one set of escalators. Escalators run going down only during rush hour in the morning and after 10:30 am they go back up. Check the schedule, the escalators are steep and long.
