Our first floor Unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with approx. 1230 sq. feet. It is located in White Caps, a secured complex. The Unit is steps from the sandy white beaches and beautiful waters of the Gulf. It has access to the private beach from the living room and front door. No waiting for elevators!! Come relax in style.
As you enter the Unit, you will be greeted with floor-to-ceiling windows and your view of the outdoor pool and beautiful waters of Orange Beach. When you open the sliding glass doors, you will step onto your private 12’ x 24’ balcony which opens up to a small walkway which takes you to the side of the pool and is steps from the beautiful sugar white beach. There are also restrooms by the pool for your use, so no running to the Condo when you need to go. You don't need to worry about bringing umbrellas and chairs because you'll be able to rent them from the beach service (available March - October).
The Unit has ceiling fans in every room. The family room has fantastic views of the beach and a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and private bath. You'll get a wonderful nights sleep here. The master also has a superb view of the beach and pool area. The 2nd guest bedroom has a king size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full sized beds. All bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVs and DVD players for your entertainment.
The Unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen (Keurig Duo (make a pot or a cup), Ninja Smoothie/Frozen Drink maker and all other small appliances as you would expect). New Full Height Quartz countertops and new Appliances. As a bonus, there is also a built-in ice maker to fill your ice chest to take to the pool/beach or make a cold drink. You'll enjoy preparing your meals or eating your favorite foods from the wide-ranging number of restaurants within a short distance from White Caps. The large dining table is a great place to catch up with your family and friends while enjoying your meal or playing games.
If you enjoy grilling, White Caps has BBQ grills just a few steps from our Unit. There is a wonderful indoor pool and hot tub for your enjoyment as well. If you want to burn a few calories, you can also use the exercise room located next to the indoor pool.
White Caps is in the heart of Orange Beach. Just minutes away from: i) entertainment, (ii) golf courses, (iii) recreational activities (deep-sea fishing, boating, Para-sailing, kayaking, jet skiing and bicycling), (iv) restaurants, and lots of shopping (local specialty shops and 15 minutes from Foley) plus much more.

White Caps is a non smoking, non vaping complex - including balcony's. There is a small designated smoking area near the front of the property. Fines will be assessed if caught smoking outside of designated area. Further details in Rental Agreement.. Pets are strictly prohibited for property renters. A maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted to park on the property. Parking passes must be purchased. Your quote will include 2 parking passes.
