Shower didn’t drain. Sheets were stained. Room had an unpleasant odor.
This is our go to Hotel in Gulf Shores, the 2nd time in the last few months we have stayed with them. Both times were great with no issues.
The property was everything we needed; great location, easy access, friendly staff, clean, and affordable.
The smell in the bathroom was horribly. We had them to mop, but that didn't change it. There were roaches in the rooms. The chairs in the rooms were so bad we had to cover them with sheets in order to sit in them. The linen was spotted and had little lit balls on it. We had at least 12 to 14 rooms and several of our family members left and went to another hotel. It was the worst stay I've ever had. The people there did their best but the place needs renovating. It was traumatizing to my entire family, and we will never stay there again.
Roaches and smell like dogs mgr didn't discuss the problem with customers my family had several rooms
Nothing unique, old furniture, soiled bedspread and a roach infestation. The dehumidifier in room was to small.

This is a relatively new facility and prices are reasonable.
I loved the humidifier in the room and the hardwood floors I have very bad allergies and the carpet bothers me.
The room was dirty.!!! I had to ask for new bed sheets because the one on the bed had stains . “Horrible.” The floor was filthy. Like it had not been mop in weeks . Never again ....!!!!!
The staff was really great it was a great hotel I found somebody shirt underneath our bed when we went to are room it wasn't are so that means they didn't clean under the bed floors were kind of dirty that it was a really good hotel and it was in a good spot with a clean pool. The continental breakfast was small but it was good.
The room had a foul oder. Had to use sanitizer. Breakfast was not continetal.No eggs,or sausages. Only
Hotel staff was nice rooms were Disgusting we had to stay for two nights we stayed one night because we only got in at 2 o’clock in the morning then we checked out the next day all the metal fixtures were rusted and the furniture head light coating of mildew
To expensive for what it is. Beds arent comfortable and the staff was rude. Shower curtain rod was falling apart. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom.
