The hotel and views were wonderful. I called ahead to see if the pool was in working order but it wasn’t. Had a couple of different front desk staff 2 out of 3 were nice and kind. The only issue with my room was that the thermostat wasn’t working and the room wouldn’t get colder than 75. I was too tired to switch rooms so I just dealt with it. Overall good hotel and they have cookies.
Great location, right on beach. Nice size pool. Spacious, clean room with very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Could use new pillows; they were very soft/mushy. Upgrade on room floors needed; Prefer room without carpet, especially when staying on beach.

This property was just mediocre for the price per night. The hotel staff were rude from check-in to check out and we never got the basic housekeeping during our stay AFTER asking for it 3 times. No new linens, towels, toiletries, trash changed etc. At almost $400 a night the bare minimum should be expected here. Then after addressing my concerns at check-out the lady literally never said a word back. She didn't apologize for the mess up , she literally said nothing. Stared me down until I walked away. The level of rudeness I experienced at this Hilton hotel was appaling. I am a Hilton member and have stayed at numerous locations over the years, and this has been the worst experience ever at a hotel in general. The hotel is average at best, outside of it being beachfront, there isn't anything special about it. The people you hire to be the face of your hotel matters. It's everything! I won't be returning and I will definitely let others know what to expect here. Poor service, and complete lack of customer care. Do better Hilton. Never again!

Property has protential especially with its beautiful beach view! However, the balcony is super hot because the a/c vent blows there making it not enjoyable. I paid extra to upgrade our rooms & only one room was upgraded although I paid the same amount for both rooms. Front desk lady was rude when checking in. Rooms were stinky. Website said breakfast was included but we were charged $12/kid $18/adult. We'll never use Orbitz app or go back to this place again. I chatted with someone from Orbitz about the situation and nothing got resolved. Sticking with my Mariott Bonvoy app from now on.
I do not like the way that Hilton charges $5 dollars for decent internet, when all other hotels in which we stay have this as part of the rental. For me Hilton nickel and dimes the guests. If you pay $200 /night they should show a little bit of class and not act like a bunch of used car salesmen charging for cleaning a windshield and adding air to the tires.
This hotel racially discriminated against me and my family. To the point that we were so emotionally effected that we called family members out of town to assist. We never got into a room and was told to change for a wedding in a public bathroom. Other guest checked in without incident, given upgrades; and fresh cookies.
Booked last minute weekend getaway to the beach. Very nice hotel and looks like it was recently updated. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice pool area and direct access to the beach, which was great! We had a corner room and the views were fantastic!! The west side of the hotel doesn’t have anything beside it so you just have great views of the beach! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
I loved the view even though I was a bit disappointed in the fact that I originally booked a corner room and didn’t find out to the day of check-in that the room wasn’t available due to some maintenance issues. But overall, I had a great experience. Oh, and the food from the restaurant was good also.
It had an amazing view and the renovations were amazing.
Nice clean and friendly. I could have used a good sitting chair in the room.
