Got to hotel at 2:30 and there was no one at the front desk. Finally someone showed up and I was asked to leave and come back later because there were no rooms clean. It was 2:30. They could have given me a room for when I did come back. I got back around 3:30 and there were 4 people in front of me. The hotel desk agent was typing so so because her nails were to long. Other than that hiccup everything else was nice.
Check in was quick, professional and friendly. Hostess at desk was super friendly. Next day breakfast was hot, fresh and very enjoyable.

The property and room were clean. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and close to shopping and restaurants.
Stayed this place before, the staff was friendly, the morning breakfast was very nice and LOTS better than trying to go somewhere else. The only downside was the indoor pool was "not heated", water was too cool for us to try even though our 9 yr old granddaughter didn't mind..

Loved the mattress and pillows. Exceptionally perfect. Air Conditioning was very quiet. Room was a good size. Super clean and had a better than expected breakfast which was included in the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the toilet was very low. Needed to be updated. Had to go to 3rd floor to get ice. But that was all. Good stay.
Seemed to have a few people riding through parking lot. One lady parked right next to us when we made it there for the evening. She jumped out and begged for money but got mad and left when I said we didn’t have much to spare. Said she was almost out of gas but took off like she was in the Indianapolis 500. Don’t think I’ll stop in Mobile again. Traffic and people are terrible on the road out here.
The staff were very pleasant & welcoming. They accomodate everything I needed help with. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We had a lovely stay in May at this hotel. The staff were top notch, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited. They handed out a no more that a dozen bananas during the entire four mornings that we were there. It was annoying to see the banana basket empty each day, but see other customers --just a few each day--eating a banana three of the mornings. The hotel is difficult to get to--look out for those two way access roads!!!
Not a bad stay. Just average. The rooms are smallish and relatively clean. The free breakfast is pedestrian. The indoor was nice and stayed open late, so we were able to use the pool once the kids cleared out. Again not great, not bad, just average.
