Convenient and Comfortable
Stayed for 1 night for a business trip. Room was dated but still in good condition, bed comfortable and view dedent. Shower was too hot and turning the temperature down turned the pressure down significantly so it was an awkward balance. If I had to go to Rochester again I would still stay here. Lakeside view is much better than roadside also.

Nice and friendly staff decent size room and facilities I'm 6ft 4 and 18 stone so bed was a little small but doesn't reflect how pleasant stay was and a full breakfast as well would deffo stay again

Staff are attentive and friendly. Certain rooms need upgrading. Priority Investments for me would be new more comfortable beds, update bathrooms and towels are too small and thin. Breakfast is decent and starts at 6.30 so timing is great..

We stayed at this hotel as was nearest to my cousins wedding cheaper than premier inn and friendly helpful reception would recommend the breakfast was always nice and waitress service

Very dated in the layout of the room, the fan on the ceiling sounded like it was going to fly off at any second when on. No plug sockets near the beds.

Hotel feels like it’s paused in time from 1972! Walls paper thin so you can hear everyone talking in the next room. Smallest TV in the world. Only 2 thin pillows on a double bed. Breakfast was well below average with burnt deep fried sausage and hash brown.

Nice view but room a tad outdated with pine furniture and brown bathroom suite! Asked for some cutlery for a takeaway and was told that wasn't possible which I found a little unhelpful!

We had an excellent time we got upgraded to a lake view patio so it was amazing sitting outside watching the ducks swim in the morning in the lake and the bed was comfortable and the was amazing

I asked for a room that wasn't going to be noisy , first night subjected to Kids who running up and down the room and corridor for hours up above me. Second night grown up's shouting and arguing outside swearing - it was shocking. approx 11pm ( Women) lots of children staying the Hotel. Really Bad. I was off site on the second day doing the day , but when I returned to the site there was bouncer watching over an event. Finally. The owners should be ashamed of themselves and the lack of investment in the Hotel ,Staff training, and very poor quality food. . Ive see it all over the last few days. I'd describe the place as miserable , however the lakes are pretty - The Hotel can't get mess that up . Never Again !
