A lot of guests don’t pick up the dog poop and hotel workers can’t always get out there! Room was spacious and bathroom was big! Bed was comfortable also
I like the kitchen amenities even tho we just stayed one night.

This is the best hotel experience I've had. The staff were all amazing. The wifi connection at the far end of the building was not good and I'm doing online classes, so they gave me an Ethernet cable to use which was even better. The rooms are so clean. It's pet-friendly but I never saw a single pet hair and no allergic reaction even though I'm allergic to dogs and cats. The on-site laundry is only $1 each to wash and dry. I saved a lot of money on meals with the kitchen...just be sure to bring your dishes and cooking pans because they're not provided.

Nice place - breakfast is provided for $4.49 and is nothing special. Beds comfortable. We didn't need the kitchenette, except for the refrigerator, so slightly overpriced for us.
Great place to hang your hat for extended stay. Convenient for visit with our children in Loveland .

Nice hotel if your going to stay for a few days (Stove and Refrigerator). Some type of breakfast would have been nice.
The room was very clean and the hotel was easy to get to. Overall, one of the nicer places we have stayed.
The only issue I had was that the trash by the east door stunk and was overflowing. Other than that the room was wonderful
A great location for us near the I25 highway on the way to see the eclipse. It was a clean, modern, spacious room. The room had a kitchen with a 2 burner stove, microwave and a full-sized refrigerator.
The staff was great and the room comfortable (especially the beds with nice pillows and comforters). The view of the dirt lot left much to be desired, but the location was great for the events center. The extended stay room had a full size fridge and a stove top but zero cookware, plates or silverware.
The staff is friendly and rooms are clean. It does not have some of the perks like contanental breakfast or a gym, but for an extended stay with a kitchen and great comfort it was perfect.
Stayed two nights at this new hotel because of the good price and other reviews. Although we didn't use the kitchen at all it was nice to have in the room.
