My debit card was charged $500 the first night I was there. It took me over a week to get the money back into my account which intern left me $500 short my entire vacation I was not happy also every night I had to have my key reprogrammed just to get into the room Only to have very poor Internet service. I will never stay there again.
We pulled up and realized it shared a parking lot with the gas station where the on-ramp to the highway is. There were crack heads roaming the parking lot and it did not feel safe to have my family there

The decor is dated, not a USB port in sight. A face lift is needed.
Pet friendly. Gravel off leash exercise area that is fenced for pets. Clean rooms, good location with restaurants nearby and close to highway. Good breakfast.

When we were checked in it didn't look bad at all. Then we kept walking and walking until my daughter and I landed back outside to a room that had an outside entrance. The room was mediocre, turned on the bathroom light and the fan sounded like a freight train, no way to turn that off! The air conditioner worked ok, but it should have been better since it was 100 degrees for the two days we stayed. My daughter came in after me on one occasion and I didn't answer right away so she just tried to open the door and it opened! Not too safe for two women traveling alone that someone can just enter an outside entry door. I woke up with June bugs dying on floor because the seal around the outside door let in lots of light... so no seal at all! This hotel, at least these outside rooms, need a lot of renovation to make me even consider Best Western again. I did say something at check out and received $25 back. Not worth the money that I still spent at all.
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean; staff was helpful and courteous. Due to the virus situation, things were done differently, but didn't affect us. The room was good; beds and pillows were comfortable. Our breakfast was bagged, so can't comment on full-breakfast. We enjoyed using the pool; and the fire-pit in the evening to wind down our day was nice. There is a restaurant on-site but we didn't try. The area provides access to several eateries and shopping. Our only complaint would be leaving the hotel and wanting to go west on Hwy 34 - was inconvenient but you can't change that. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room smelled musty and old. Went to Walmart down the street to buy Frabreeze and Air Freshner to get rid of the odor. Carpet felt dirty when in bare feet, felt as though needed to wear flip flops in the room to avoid contact with the carpet.
Very nice motel. Excellent breakfast. I would stay here again!
We love this hotel in so many ways...location, the grounds and it's staff, but they have to do something about its comfort! We stayed here once before and complained about the beds and pillows, not even our kids slept that "week". The staff said our room had not gotten its upgrades as if yet. Almost two years later, we gave it another shot...the pillows are horrible lumps of nothing...no support left in them, your head sinks to the bed and it puffs up around your neck, making it feel like you can't breath and ever so hot. The beds, although padded, truly hurt your hips throughout the night, because they are so firm. Not having a car this trip, I had to take an Uber ride to buy pillows so we could make it through our second night. I'm sorry, but along side cleanliness, comfort in being able to sleep are the most important factors in choosing a room to "sleep" in. Feeling a little cheated in being told my next visit was sure to be better.
My experience was great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

I am very sorry you decided to not give us a chance based off of our location and how close we are to a gas station. We have never had any safety or security issues and in fact work closely with our neighboring gas station in order to ensure this. I do wish you would have given us the chance to prove this to you instead of giving us a 1 star review.
