It’s pretty good place to stay at. The only downside is the old bathrooms.
Great place for families. Outdoor amenities include games, playground and bonfire pits (with firewood). A bit rustic, but very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was excellent and room was very clean. Room, and especially the bathroom badly needs updating.
Lots of amenities. Nice pool and hot tub. They even had live entertainment Tuesday night! Highly recommend!!
The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The location is good as the property is close to the Lake where the Elk come to water early in the morning, if you take a small hike early you will see the herd.
The staff! With the exception of the gentleman who called our therapy dog a non-legit dog when he called to confirm our reservation, even though I agreed right off the bat to pay the extra dog fee... what did that accomplish? That only made us consider canceling our reservation and going to another hotel...that was very unnecessary and pointless... But I'm glad to say when we got there, the lady who checked us in, more than made up for it by simply being sweet and caring... Also, the Colombian lady who worked there in the facilities, was exceptionally lovely and wonderful, she made us feel like a family... All in all, we loved staying there, and will stay there again when we go back to Estes Park, which is very soon...
Stayed in a studio with king bed; great spot for a quick visit to Estes or RMNP. Super friendly staff, easy to work with.
Very nice, clean, quiet place. The room had everything I needed and a great selection of DVDs at the front desk. Will be staying here again.

Great nice staff, there was a cleanliness issue with the floor because they had a dog group before our stay, but they resolved it.
Great location to Rocky Mountain National park. Cleanliness was not great.
