They should include bags in the rooms so customers can put dirty towels in them to give to the front desk to get clean ones

The place smelled like cigarettes. The rooms were dated and worn out. Not sure I'd stay there again.
I didnt know that there was certain hours you were allowed to exchange towels and bedding so when i went to try getting different ones they told me i couldnt.
The stay here is exceptional. Staff was knowledgable, curtious, helpful and most of all caring. I would recomnend this place iver any hotel that I have stayed in in the last six month. That is #1 out of 30.

The lobby and hallways smelled like smoke. Although there is non-smoking signs all over the property. Hotel is located in a quite, clean, safe neighborhood. Lots of food places around with a Starbucks right next door. Rooms where clean, bed was stiff. But over all it was a nice stay. Staff was friendly and Helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel is clean and in good condition. I just don't expect the heavy smell of "smoke" coming to my room from next door, and leave me sleepless... Bath tube has disable seat that it's grey and yellow on white, I did not use the tub because I am so grossed out. I'm glad I was there for only one night.

There are numerous restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Great value!
Dingy, old-appearing. The first room I was put in had dirty sheets with hair on them. I called downstairs reception and was offered another room. The sheets were clean. The fridge was cleaner as well. I only stayed one night. The "grab-and-go" breakfast consists of coffee, instant oatmeal packs, and stale muffins. It was cheap, but I would not stay there again.
