Building looks nice in the outside but very old and poor conditions inside. Holes on the walls, loose trim in the shower. Missing wall plates for the outlets and bugs.

Would not recommend unless you don’t mind moldy ceilings, stained walls, bedding and showers. It just was not as advertised or pictures shown on the site. The area outside seemed a bit shady and was full of construction. The only positive thing was that they let us graciously cancel without fees and the front desk helpers were kind.

Looks like two companies booked this . I wasn't on a trip just trying to get from house to an apartment safe.y. Had to mop up water from shower and bruised my arm trying to get out of it. NO laundry. Hard to get in and out of property Street people living at the door. Frightening

At first was OK with a lady named Amy. She wasn't there that much. The issues are the following" =Street people sleeping at the door all hours. Afraid to leave at times. = Shower did not work and the liner was cloth so it soaked up all the water, that did not fall on the floor. had to mop it up myself as it was at night. NO ONE THERE ARE NIGHT ON THE DESK OR REAHABLE. = NO LAUNDRY FACILIIES. Before I knew about laundry machines being broken I tried to take my clothes to the third floor ,guest laundry, and the elevator doors came back so fast I could barely get out of it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY. SENT THIS AL TO THE WYNDHAM. When I tried totake ashower, the towels were so far away I had to crawl to get them over wet floor. Hurt my arm . Didn't report all ot this to the staff as they did not seem concerned. WHEN CAN I GET M Y MONEY BACK. Am on Social Security and it is hard to live. GET BACK WITH ME TODAY. BY EMAIL, AND NOT ONE OF THOSE 'NON REPLY' ONES OR I WILL SUE BOTH YOU AD WYNDHAM -

DON'T STAY HERE! Filthy rooms and rude service!
SO disappointing! First, the room I'd reserved and paid for that morning was unavailable. Clerk said many people had come in that day. I said it didn't matter; I'd already reserved and paid for room. Since it was late and I was exhausted and didn't want to try and find another motel in an unfamiliar city at 10 p.m., I took the room she offered (room 307) only to find it hadn't even been cleaned! Dirty linens were on desk and only a filthy mattress cover was on bed (I wish I'd thought to take photos!). Second room (room 309) had beds made, but bedspreads were stained and had holes in them and room was in VERY sad condition (see examples in photos. I have more but these attached pics give are a good representation of room and motel). Then, although it was advertised on your website to include free breakfast, I was informed they did NOT serve breakfast. There wasn't even coffee the next morning! I booked this room purely because of the Wyndham affiliation and prior pleasant experiences with Wyndham properties. I will certainly never stay at this motel again and seriously doubt I'll ever use Hotels.com again if your information is this inaccurate.

Access to the property was limited by construction. There were homeless people sleeping in the stairs. the windows had no locks. the room smelled like smoke. there is no free breakfast. The night attendant said the pool was available for use at 7am. Dayshift told me the pool was closed for repairs. They charged me more money than what was posted on expedia. Not recommended.
