Ac made rumbling noise all night. Every 20 minutes it would cut on making loud noises. I only got 1 hour of sleep because it was so loud. When I turned it off it got to stuff so I had to turn it on.

I was stuck in a smoking room because it’s what I accidentally booked on Orbitz. I didn’t know they still existed. When I checked in the tissues and had soap were empty and I had to go to the front desk to get more, they couldn’t bring it to me. To get to first floor rooms you have to go up steps there’s no luggage ramp, so I had to lug 2 suitcases up and down 5 steps.

Minor Hiccups
When i arrived to the hotel the young lady was very helpful and friendly. She educate me on my stay and just made sure everything was good to go before the end of her shift. Once we arrived to the room i was taken back by the furniture which was very dirty and it made me question the cleanliness of the rooms. But overall the rooms were fairly cleaned. Breakfast was amazing the grill staff was great, the guy who kept the bar supplied with food was amazing as well as the lady cleaning off tables. However the lady who takes the tickets to enter into the breakfast hall need to go back through training and work on her customer service skills.Her demeanor screamed i hate it here. Over all is was a nice stay.

The rooms were dirty. The pullout sofa mattress was horrible.The air conditioner didn’t work very well so we had to open a window to cool the room down. The indoor pool was cold because the heater was broken and it was extremely dirty. I really like Embassy Suites and have stayed at several. This one was bad especially for the outrageous nightly rental that we paid. I think my love affair with this hotel chain has been irreparably broken.
