Overall stay was good but it gets chaotic during check out. Parking area is too tight specially for suvs. In house eating places are closed by 10pm. But location is great, lots of fun activities for kids.

My family and I always enjoy staying here. It's great for a family with children with the indoor waterpark area and the outdoor pools. It's just as great for parents with the ease of the restaurants, access to the beach, and if you enjoy a cocktail or two they have access to indoor and outdoor bars. Very family friendly. My only complaint was the headache and runaround at our check-in this time around. Our room wasn't ready, so we were given another room. When we went to walk in, someone else's belonging were everywhere. So after room #3, we were finally able to settle in. The front desk wasn't much help, but the next day the manager called and talked to us and made it right. We'll definitely be back.

It was ok but not our favorite place as it’s a little rundown and only one elevator worked. Not easy access to beach through resort as it’s a maze and you have to go through kid pool area. It was hard to find vending machines for water and parking garage is opposite side of the road down the street. I did like the view from ocean front room but kids were loud and annoying swimming at 11pm at night. Pools are below ocean front rooms. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have kids.
