We had issues with the door to our room, the first set of keys didn’t work, then the door wouldn’t close properly and lock we had to keep working with it over and over. The front desk gentlemen just said to keep working with it. We didn’t feel safe from that aspect and it was a bother wasting time trying to get it to stay closed and lock.

I love this little place. Stayed here twice, nice quiet hotel with very nice staff and clean facility thats close to everything from the national park, to shops, and restaurants

Loved how close the room was and the staff we did interact with were friendly. The room however. The bed was definitely broken on one side and I tied to find someone to help but by the time I realized it was very late. The room smelled alittle like cigarettes

The property is conveniently located to the Smoky Mountain. But breakfast is served to you by the window outside and it’s cold in the mornings to eat breakfast outside. The only alternative is to eat in your room by there is no table to eat from for a two person room. Coffee is cold cos it sits outside in the cold. There is nothing good to eat in terms of Food dinner.
