My reservation was not honored. My flight was late and I called to confirm a late arrival. When I arrived my room was sold. They blamed Expedia for over booking and would not honor my reservation. I’m not happy about this at all.

It felt like it was a cheap Comfort Inn (that was the label on the phone) that was bought by Wingate who spent money redecorating, then left to disarray. It was a Wingate hotel with Comfort Inn staff. There was graffiti in the elevator. Panels were coming unglued. While the bathroom counter was clean, the areas next to it weren't. It was just a lot of little things like that. It felt like management needs to set standards for their housekeeping and maintenance staff and hold them accountable. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Overall, it served our purposes.

Every surface was dirty, floors , elevators you name it. Cheapest around so ya get what you pay for I suppose. However very convenient location for food and shopping so that’s a plus. Staff always nice

Second stay (accidentally booking) the front desk young lady was very nice and accommodating. I expressed my disappointment from my previous stay but due to the nature of my emergency visit and my 9:30 pm check in I didn’t have much choice at that late hour. However, she stated she would give me an upgrade on room. Once I received my key card and entered my room I immediately regretted it. The room smelled stale, the bathroom floor was sticky. I needed to Clorox wipe down all the surfaces because it was sticky as well with fingerprints everywhere. The shower doors and trim was mold infected (photos taken). It was not a good experience and I am booked for two nights. Yikes!!! I didn’t get much sleep due to another guest fussing and yelling with another person for hours. Didn’t want to call the front desk with fear of escalation and retaliation. Someone else yelling down the hallway. Breakfast at 7:15 was decent and the area was clean and tidy. I have one more day and I’m sure it will be an adventure for sure. This hotel needs to be torn down and completely renovated and better quality cleaning crew. There will not be a third time booking that’s for damn sure! Run Run Run away from this place!

Unfortunately, the property was not 4.7 stars as indicated. The building lacked cleanliness to include the elevators. In addition, the first assigned room was not cleaned. I had to go back to the desk to request another room. I was very disappointed.

Great staff, rooms need refreshing!
Very nice staff from check-in to breakfast to check-out. Our room wasn’t super clean - including a used towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. The room needs serious refreshing. Pillows are very cheap feeling - I couldn’t figure out what they were stuffed with. Bathroom sink only provided scalding water until I realized someone turned off the cold water valve. It was off because it makes a weird whistling noise. We easily heard the TV and children from the rooms across the hall - even with all room doors closed. The breakfast was good! Location is excellent for the convention center, shops and restaurants!
