This place was very dirty. I don't think the floor was ever mopped. You get out of the shower and your feet turn black from walking around. The light fixtures were filthy and dusty, overall, the place was really gross.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences ever. First, we did not get the room we booked and paid for. The receptionist that checked us in was too busy visiting with her friends than be helpful. So many things in the room were broken. The shower drain was clogged. The whole venue seemed unsafe.

Overall this property stay was great! Apart from the little things like some blood stains on the floor. And the toilet would flush and keep flushing. But apart from that the hotel was exceptional, very comfortable bed and nice layout of the room. Definitely would stay again.

After checking in we went immediately to our room, discovered it was filthy and roaches were EVERYWHERE! Then management was not apologetic, and even had an attitude because I wanted a refund and not another roach infested room! Hotel needs to be shut down!
