Stayed just one night and had a comfortable room with King bed. The omelet maker was so nice & cheerful. She made a custom omelet that was perfect. Checkin & out was easy. Would stay again!

When we booked this hotel, we did not read the reviews because we love the Embassy Suites. While we were traveling to the hotel we started reading the reviews, and we were concerned because there were so many negative reviews. We almost cancelled our reservation, but we are so glad we did not. From the moment we arrived our experience was nothing short of amazing. We were early, so we had to wait a while before our room was ready, but we did not mind. The lobby was breathtaking, clean, and quiet. The staff was so nice and accommodating, one of the young ladies (I forgot her name, but she was so nice) went and checked on our room before we went up. The room was clean and spacious. Are the rooms dated, yes; however, they smelled nice, and they have been taken care of. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful, and when we needed extra pillows or towels, we received them in a timely manner. On our first night there we decided to eat at the restaurant downstairs, our waitress was nice, the food was amazing, and the manager, Andrea, was walking around making conversation with those of us who were dining there. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning. The options were plentiful, the food was always hot, and the staff that cleaned the tables always greeted you with kindness, Judith was who we always spoke with at breakfast. This hotel is close to shopping and restaurants, so do not let the negative reviews stop you from booking this hotel. We will stay here again!

I attended a conference on site and I enjoyed the convenience of everything being easily accessible and walkable. Breakfast was great. The hotel food provided during the conference was great. The only issue I had was the toilet in my room was not high enough; it was standard and was too low. Other than that, location, location, location was great.
