Good Hotel, always can be relied on
Because my wife has a mobility problem I requested a low floor room as, in the event of a fire alarm, she would be unable to manage a lot of stairs. We were given a ground floor room on arrival which was very good service but was small due to having an extra bed in it. The floor of the shower room was slippery as if it had been polished. Otherwise all was very good and we enjoyed our stay. The food is always good and the bar is relaxing. A car parked in the disabled bay without a blue badge meant we had to use the public car park one night, some people are so selfish and disrespectful. Disability may yet happen to them.
