We took a bus to the property as advised by airport information. The hotel is very far from the bus stop and the taxi we took back to the hotel over charged us. Do not recommend if you rely on public transportation to and from airport. May be more convenient if you have a car.

Mixed experience
Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. The noise levels were quite high, which made it difficult to relax. Unfortunately, the inconvenience of roadworks meant the bus didn't run to the hotel, which was frustrating. During the day, the front desk staff came across as rude, but the lady working at night was incredibly sweet and helpful.

We were staying overnight as our flight was early the next morning. The good thing is that there is a food court right next door. No shuttle so we ordered an Uber (£15) and waiting 10min which was kind of annoying. I think they would benefit from investing in an airport shuttle. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was no air circulation so it was super hot! Not that clean… it is what it is. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Convenient location and good facilities
A convenient location near airport and motorway with eating opportunities both in the hotel and in the services. Nice bar too. Rooms comfortable and well serviced. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Does the job
The room itself is basic and does the job as being a cheap place to stay before a holiday from Stansted airport. The place is next to a service station full of places to eat and is very easy to get to the airport parking from. The room was clean, the mattress was super comfy and the bathroom was big. The tea and coffee facilities were lovely and it was fab to have free parking. However, the aircon made noises all throughout the night making it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, the lights in the bathroom kept flickering and the shower sprayed into the rest of the room. The staff were friendly and I assume would have sorted these issues for us but gone midnight we didn’t bother asking to change rooms as we had an early morning flight anyways. Overall I would stay again but just making sure the issues I found don’t happen again.
