Since this is a Hyatt property I expected a certain level of service and definitely to not be disappointed. The property is dated; stains on furniture both in the lobby and room. Informed staff of the cold temperature in the pool but it was never warmed (stayed for 3 nights). I’ve reached out to the manager 3 times about the charge for a movie that we never got. As of this writing the management still hasn’t responded. Room was never cleaned even after requesting it before 11:00. I will not recommend staying here unless you prefer a 1 star hotel.
