The service overall was fine. On my first night there, there was no little hot water so I could barely take a shower that night. Also, I was charged for my breakfast which I was not told would be extra. Overall, the staff was very friendly. The location was not convenient at all. I had to Uber in my food and call an Uber to take a trip down anywhere. It's a very isolated area, but it would be great to have more access to transit without walking too far. A convenient walk to the nearest transit stop or restaurants would be nice. This isn't the problem of Aloft, but just a general observation for the entire block of hotels around here.

Hear me out. The hotel has resort vibes which is why i picked it for my birthday get away. Upon arrival there was a bursted pipe. They were working on it and it's not the hotel's fault so I still kept my booking. I had to drive to my friend's house nearby to shower for my night out. I also did not know that a remodel was also taking place so there was also that. The water also cut off twice more during my stay. Because I booked third party I couldn't be reimbursed for any part of my stay but I was compensated in points. I made the best of my stay and enjoyed the pool.

This hotel is in a great location to Airport is why we stayed here twice but funny to say first time was a few years ago and just stayed there and even now. both times NO HOT WATER!! first time they comp are room. This time front desk just said hotel is under renovation They need to post that you may or may not get hot water with your stay!!
