All the staff were helpful and nice. We got a call the day before we arrived to review after hours - late check in procedures. There were bottles of water and cookies in our room for the number of guests (3) which really showed the level of hospitality. Breakfast had many good options and daily offering of quiche during our stay. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t have room serviced.

The Inn itself is charming. The room met all our expectations. Breakfast is " to go" because of Covid, but was very convienent and ready when scheduled. The personalized service went beyond expectations. We needed to leave after 2 nights of a three night stay due to an incoming storm. Dave offered to refund the third night without me even asking. This was not neccessary as the stay had been guaranteed.
Staff was very helpful in offering the best way to explore the town.

Loved the hotel and its cozy ambiance The staff including Danny and my new friend who drove me to the airport (lovely lady) were helpful, kind and warm. I feel like I made two new friends The breakfast buffet was complete and the dining room was clean. Location was perfect just a bit away ftp the busy town but walking distance The room was decorated in Victorian style Loved my comfortable four post bed but it was hard to climb up to. Everything about my stay was perfect. Great memory !

The purpose of staying in a hotel away from home is to have a place to sleep. Orbitz customers at the Annabelle get a tiny room where their head on a pillow is about 30 feet from the busy main street, which has LOUD traffic all day and night, including buses, trucks, and street sweepers. The hotel engaged in 'bait and switch', offering another room at greater expense when we arrived, exhausted and frazzled from driving on mountain roads. I was tempted to sleep in the bathroom, which was significantly quieter. My husband used ear plugs, and they minimally helped.
The staff Mike and Doug - The owner Charle could not have been more accommodating this place is truly authentic with a cozy lobby and extended seating area with fireplace that felt like I was in my own ski lodge. My room was absolutely adorable. I will be coming back can't wait!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful and they had a nice continental breakfast spread included in the price that reminded me of a trip that I took to Scandinavia in the 1980's. It included hard boiled eggs, deli meats, bagels, English muffins, fruit and juices. Close to several attractions and shopping/restaurants. The room was pleasant and clean. They also had a nice size flat screen TV in the room and their Wi-Fi service was exceptional. For the price, I thought this hotel was outstanding. We requested a king bed, but due to high occupancy, we only got a queen.
