What you can expect
Enter a typical Tuscan farmhouse in the countryside of Arezzo and experience an authentic hands on cooking class with a passionate local chef. Enjoy the lunch or dinner with a fine selection of wine with your friends and family.
Fresh pasta is an Italian tradition that never dies, but you will give a touch more to this goodness, you will give it color.
You will use natural colors that vegetables give us and you will prepare stuffed ravioli, tagliatelle, pappardelle, maltagliati, all seasoned with various sauces, such as wild boar sauce, Tuscan ragout, mushrooms, cheese and pepper.
Of course the pasta will be prepared together using the old grandmother and the rolling pin.
When everything is ready, you will eat it, naturally you will not miss local wine, water, coffee or cappuccino.
As a final surprise there will also be an home made dessert.
