Begin your adventure at the Arnold Transit dock in St. Ignace. Check in, sign a waiver, and receive a brief safety orientation. Gear up with a life jacket and harness, then board a specially designed parasailing boat for an excursion that takes about an hour from start to finish.
Once the boat gets up to speed, gently lift off from the back deck and ascend to heights of up to 600 feet. Enjoy a smooth, quiet, and accessible experience, whether flying solo or tandem.
Soar over the Straits of Mackinac for approximately 10 to 12 minutes, taking in incredible panoramic views of Lake Huron, the Mackinac Bridge, Mackinac Island, and the shoreline of St. Ignace.
After your aerial journey, slowly descend and land back on the boat, followed by a short ride back to the dock. The full tour, including check-in, gearing up, flight time, and return, takes about an hour from start to finish. Optional photo and video packages are often available, and observation-only spots on the boat can be booked for those who want to watch without flying.
