Even though the hotel was a bit outdated, I gave 5 stars for cleanliness, downtown location, prompt service especially when we had an issue with out toilet, staff was accommodating and friendly, good breakfast, free parking and they offer a free shuttle to the airport.

Room was fine - hot shower, comfortable bed, working TV, which is what I need. Main light for room on wall had no cover, just a bare bulb. Exterior of hotel and lobby need some work, but the corridors were well-lit at night. I would stay here again if in town.
